- Utility infrastructure improvements, pedestrian and vehicular circulation improvements, landscape plantings and pavement renovation and new parking areas.
- Athletic improvements design and planning work includes: Synthetic turf multi-purpose field and resurface, 400 meter resilient track, field events and renovated tennis courts.
- Scope of services: SEQR, survey coordination, contract documents, NYSDEC permitting, storm water management, bidding assistance and contract administration.
- Design and other site work related to building renovations and additions. Current project includes site work for a pool addition.
- Previous site work at the school included irrigation systems for the fields, improved parking and circulation with a new drop off area, entry approach, and a period style waiting area to complement the old historic school building.
