Scope of work included development of a list of plant materials or palette for homeowner selection when implementing landscape improvements through the current Homeowners Association. Plant lists shall be organized for specific design intent and shall be approved for their hardiness, seasonal interest, strong branch structure, deer resistant, low maintenance and harmonious character with the architectural styles of the neighborhood.

Provided plant descriptions including color picture for easy reference.

Developed two or three "proto-typical" planting designs for the patio home units, single family lots and open space areas. The proto-typical planting plan illustrated locations for the various plant type designations (i.e., shade tree, flowering tree, screen planting, etc.).

Provided typical planting details, which illustrate planting technique and installation requirements.

Developed a composite manual which incorporates the above noted information into an easy-to-read reference guide.
