Williamson Town Complex

$400,000. estimated site costs for developing a new Town Complex which includes the Town Library, Courthouse and Town Offices.

Responsible for developing several site schematics to assist Architect in siting the building.

Design includes grading, drainage and utilities (water and sanitary), new driveway, parking lots, sidewalks, curbs and landscaping.

Developed a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan to control stormwater quantity and quality.

Construction completed 2004.

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton

Clay, NY

 

$400,000. site related costs

Responsible for site design related to new activities center to be attached to existing church facility.

Scope of work includes pedestrian and vehicular circulation, storm drainage, and parking.

Project was completed in 2005.

Onondaga County Courthouse

Syracuse, NY

 

$450,000. site related costs for developing a new Court House

Design detailing and construction phasing on a tight urban site which has strong pedestrian and gathering spaces. Site furniture includes pavers, ornamental railings, decorative bollards, lighting, benches, masonry screen walls, and attractive landscaping.

The site design transitions the State Street Public Safety Building corridor to the south with a historic park-landscape to the north.

Construction completed 2003.

Baldwinsville Public Library

Baldwinsville, NY

 

$350,000 approximate site cost

Full site selection, planning, design and site construction review services.

Design includes public entry spaces, ADA compliance and storm water management in a 100 year flood plain coordinated with Village Engineer.

Special features include brick entry planters/steps, colorful low maintenance ornamental plantings and an eight (8') foot diameter storm culvert design.

Project was completed 1996.

Rockwell Museum of Western Art

Corning, NY

 

$100,000. approximate site related costs for site improvements at a museum in an urban commercial district.

Scope of work included acquisition of adjacent property, site plan approval, demolition of an existing structure to create parking for 30 cars and miscellaneous site improvements.

Project highlights include exterior streetscape improvements with a western motif. Specialty details were created for entry area, kiosk, parking and walkway.

Project won the American Institute of Landscape Architect’s Merit Award.
