  • Utility infrastructure improvements, relocation of an open stream corridor, pedestrian and vehicular circulation improvements, improved parking for buses and automobiles.
  • Athletic improvement design and planning work included: synthetic turf multi-purpose field, 400 meter 6/8 lane resilient track and field events.
  • Assisted the architect with the site layout for the 80 acre campus master plan, SEQR, survey coordination, contract documents, Army Corp of Engineers, NYSDOT and NYSDEC permitting, 
  • Significant storm water management.
  • Bidding assistance and contract administration.
  • Design and other site work related to building renovations and additions.
