- Development of massive screening buffers to mitigate the removed vegetative hedgerow.
- Special site improvements include attractive security lighting, stepping stone pathway, marble/concrete bench from salvaged materials, the finials were desgined to match those on the existing back patio.
Other Site work at the University College Building
- Approximate Site Cost of $120,000.
- Responsible for developing a handicap accessible main entrance in harmony with the architectural style in a tight urban sapce.
- Design included stairs, ramps and walkways all consistent with the building details.
