  • The project included a new Town Complex which includes the Town Library, Courthouse and Town Offices.
  • Responsible for developing several site schematics to assist architect in siting the building.
  • Design includes grading, drainage and utilities (water and sanitary), new driveway, parking lots, sidewalks, curbs and landscaping.
  • Developed a Storm water Pollution Prevention Plan to control storm water quantity and quality.
