Site Work for a new maintenance building and storage building to accommodate 60 buses.
Project included a wetland delineation and NYSDEC Freshwater Wetland Permit Application, Full SEQR Review and Site Plan Approval, including mitigation measures for impacts to NYS water resources.
Site improvements included the development of parking and storage areas, fuel island, storm water detention basin and management, signage and new plantings.
