  • $3.1 million approximate site construction cost for improvements at seven district sites.
  • Scope of work included an all weather 400 meter track, synthetic turf field and bleachers, multiple natural turf fields, playscapes, storm water management system, circulation/parking improvements.
  • Project was completed in 2002.
Camden CSD has been an ongoing client since this capital project, and we have continued with site exterior improvements and various projects.
  • $1.5 million approximate site construction costs for synthetic turf and track restoration.
  • Upgrades to the track included reconstruction of the d-areas and resurfacing.
  • The existing latex surface of the track was replaced with polyurethane surfacing.
  • Removal of sand based synthetic turf from e-layer, patching and repairs to the e-layer.  A new synthetic turf was installed with rubber/sand infill.
  • Reconstruction of triple/long jump areas and addition of steeplechase to the track.
  • Athletic improvements were completed in Fall 2011.
  • Currently we are also working on parking improvements, estimated site construction costs are $2.0 million.
  • Project scheduled for completion in 2012.
