Estimated $650,000. site cost for site work related to new proposed UHT plant to be located on a 20 acre site in Dewitt, NY.

Responsible for preparing necessary documentation for Owner to obtain Site Plan Approval.

Scope of work also includes driveways, parking lot, loading dock, sidewalk, storm water system including storm water management, curbs, and landscaping. A gravity sanitary system from municipal system will also be designed to within five feet of new building.

Construction completed 2005.
