A golf course layout plan was developed on a 140 acre parcel in the Town of Sparta.

Scope of work included data collection, water source and soil investigation, agency review, site analysis/feasibility, concept sketches/layout, irrigation design and construction cost.

Future course amenities included a 6422 yard, par 72 golf course with elevated tees, USGA greens, bunkers, water hazards, irrigation, putting course and 300 yard driving range.

Future site amenities included a 5,000 sf clubhouse with restaurant/lounge, pro-shop, banquet accommodations, player drop off, and 200 car parking lot.
